We are very excited about this new opportunity and what it means for our distributors, customers, and partners. The GKE name and brand will remain and the facility in Waldems-Esch will become the focus for healthcare markets within Mesa Labs Sterilization Disinfection Control (SDC) business, building upon the strong foundation of both teams. GKE and Mesa share a focus on quality, technical expertise, and manufacturing excellence. This focus will continue to strengthen the strong bonds we have with our customers
