The Global Alliance for Behavioral Health and Social Justice was founded as the American Orthopsychiatric Association in 1923 and renamed in 2016. The Alliance is an interdisciplinary membership organization of individuals committed to addressing some of societys most challenging issues through research, policy development and practice.
