Global Omani Development & Investment Company SAOC (GLOREI) was formed in March 2008 as a closed joint stock company. It has its headquarters in Muscat, Oman. The need to capitalize on Omans hugely untapped market and government policies where Oman is diversifying away from hydrocarbons and building its non-oil sector under the longterm economic road map, Vision 2020, led to the formation of GLOREI.
