Established in 1983 in Lufkin, Texas, Goodwin-Lasiter, Inc., began operations with a four-person crew. Together, they steadily grew and began to build a solid reputation in East Texas for providing high-quality engineering, architectural, and surveying services. In 2001, Goodwin-Lasiter, Inc. partnered with the firm Scott & Strong Architects to further increase their business capabilities. Building on an already successful foundation, the partnership provided an increase in services and high-quality project completion throughout East Texas. This success expanded further than the Lufkin office and ultimately led to the development of a second office in College Station. Goodwin-Lasiter, Inc. acquired Raymond Survey and Mapping in 2010. Raymond Survey and Mapping has been providing land surveying services in the Central Texas area since 2006.
