GM Properties was incorporated in the year 2004 and reformed/reshaped under GM Holdings Limited (GMHL) in the year of 2016 under Companies Act 1994 from Register of Joint Stock Companies & Firms, Dhaka, Bangladesh. GMHL intends to re-launch its real estate & construction unit once again with proper gesture, structure and to take the leading part of development for Bangladesh.
