GM Yap has been established by engineers and managers who have pioneered significant mechanical projects in the construction industry. Our founding partners interest is to bring their experience and know-how, skills they have gained by working in some of the worlds major projects, to the GM Yap structure and apply them to the building industry. At GM Yap, we have chosen Energy as our main focus, because as available resources become more limited, this is playing a more prominent role in politics worldwide. Our motto Managing Energy has been selected in order to maintain the direction in which we design and build efficient buildings.
