About GIMP Goalpha Intern Mentorship Program is uniquely designed to offer students in senior high school or have completed senior high school during the year of application the opportunity to participate in a project based, workplace learning experience in a business or organization along their career path. OUR MISSION Our objectives are to grant them a source of motivation to adopt a positive work image, pursue higher achievement in education, become a game-changer, gain a better understanding of a learned concept, explore how their educational interest relates to possible careers, and aid overall post-secondary decision making. OUR VISION We heard the clarion call of young people in Ghana that has faced the challenge of not knowing what to do with their life after tertiary. These young people find themselves in these situations due to their ignorance of what exactly their niche is. Our vision is to bridge the gap through our programs and initiatives
