Gogebic Medical Care Facility provides skilled nursing and long-term care services to the residents of Gogebic County and the surrounding area. The nursing staff works with an interdisciplinary team which includes the physician, our own Rehabilitation Team, Maintenance Therapy, Dietary, Social Services, and Activity Departments which provide a holistic approach to quality care. Our staffing ratio far exceeds the state minimum. The nursing caregivers includes Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Registered Nurses. Nursing care is provided around the clock, in a warm and friendly environment, by a staff that is dedicated to fulfilling each residents social, spiritual, and physical needs.
