Going Straight Inc. is one of the largest beauty chains in the Philippines, with locations nationwide in both SM and Ayala Malls. It is composed of 250 employees, some of which have been employees since it was founded over 30 years ago. The company is the pioneer of hair straightening technology in the Philippines and has grown it services and customer base over the years. It follows specific international industry standards, partrnering with international brands like Loreal, Wella, and Lakme. Over the years, it has also established its own line of hair care products called Going Straight Exclusives. Going Straight has undergone a transformation program in 2018 and launched its new brand called Amave by Going Straight. It continues to innovate its teams technical skills and uses only the latest, most revolutionary brands in the industry
