Golden KL Union Sdn Bhd commenced operations on 17th March 2010, at a time when there was a thriving migrant workers environment in the country who would repatriate their earnings back home through companies set up for this purpose. The company was inaugurated to take advantage of the potential for earnings that this climate encapsulated. It started off with 4 branches - in Klang, Kuala Lumpur, Kajang and Rawang.
