Golden Sand Resort & Spa has recently changed ownership and management. Along with these changes we are excited to introduce our new luxury concept, including upgrades to our 212 rooms. These upgrades consist of 120 studio rooms, 76 deluxe rooms, 16 ocean front suites with 1-3 bedrooms and exclusive private pools, and the construction of 5 luxury presidential villas. Additionally, we will be building new facilities that include a state of the art gym, luxury spa, gourmet restaurants, ocean pool bar and an innovative ocean-view ballroom to ensure our guests will enjoy a memorable lifetime experience in Hoi An
