Goldoak Farming Huish Limited

We grow Miscanthus Energy Crop and Grass on lowland slopes between the sea and the Blackdown Hills in West Somerset. Both farms are situated almost entirely within Exmoor National Park. Crops are grown sustainably with grass headlands and drives to aid wildlife diversity around crop edges. Grown as a renewable fuel supplied to mitigate CO2 in nearby power stations via Bical, the long term intention is to provide local energy for local people. Miscanthus horse bedding is also used. Visitors welcome by appointment
