Good Life Property Management was created to improve lives and property management is the vehicle we use to do that. We live by our core values--Team First, Problem Solver, Growth Mindset, Good Vibes, and Raise the Bar. We specialize in the management of single family homes, condos, and small apartment buildings. Good Life was started by Steve Welty, a San Diego Real Estate Broker and Real Estate investor. Steve started full time in property management in 2008 when he co-owned another property management firm. He sold his share in that company and started Good Life in 2013, with the goal of providing the highest level of customer service and best customer experience in the industry. Steve realized there was a lot the customer wanted as far as services, communication, and transparency, that they were not currently getting.
