Goodman Properties is a Real Estate Development and Management firm established in 1985 by Bruce Goodman. To date, we have developed and acquired close to two hundred properties and continue to manage each one on our own behalf. Over the past twenty five years Goodman Properties has become one of the Delaware Valleys leading developers. Our current portfolio is comprised of more than 4.5 million square feet of diverse retail commercial space. Furthermore, some of our properties include retailers such as Costco, Regal Entertainment Group, Staples, Target, Kohls, DSW Shoe Warehouse, Dicks Sporting Goods, Giant Food Stores, Sams Club, Lowes, CVS and Walgreens.
