Goulburn Region Preschool Association (GRPSA) ensures the provision of quality early childhood educational programs in rural Victoria. GRPSA has been educating children since 1988, with the goal of creating a safe, exciting, engaging environment for children, families and educators. Goulburn Region Preschool Association is a not-for-profit Kindergarten Cluster Management organisation funded by the State Government.
