It all began when Gouri decided to turn to naturopathy, bringing about a lifestyle change for her family towards healthier living. This shift, coupled with her passion for good food and creativity, gave birth to some delicious and convenient foods, rich in nutrients and unique flavours. We at Gouris have worked hard to make our products honestly, delicious. From sourcing the ingredients and great attention to detail in our processes, to making sure our helpers in the kitchen are well taken care of, we take on a very straightforward approach.
