Gr8 Nederland B.V. was formed in November 2016 as the result of an acquisition of the activities of Autogrill Nederland by our shareholder, Gr8 Investments B.V. The properties that were part of this acquisition include seven hotels, five Burger King restaurants and two Starbucks stores. After the acquisition, the restaurants were sold to La Place. The following activities are part of Gr8 Nederland B.V.: Gr8 Hotels, Burger King and Starbucks. The current seven hotels, most of which are marketed under a different brand name, will be converted to the new hotel chain, Gr8 Hotels, over the next three years. Gr8 Hotels offers modern, comfortable three-star facilities with spacious, cosily decorated rooms at a fantastic price, and are situated at accessible locations throughout the Netherlands.
