GRACE Cares mission is to partner with local heroes and communities on small-scale community development projects that make a difference by empowering people to improve their lives. We do this with respect to local cultures and traditions. GRACE Cares, Inc. is a Vermont-based 501(c)(3) Public Charity founded in 2002 on the values of growth, resources, action, community, and empowerment.
