GRAN RETTO

Before the creation of Gran Retto, there was Tri-Racing, a swimming and triathlon academy well-known in Veracruz leaded by Mario Villarreal Quiroz who is a high-performance swim coach and state sport award winner from Mexico. Tri-Racing started organizing swim trainings in the sea for its own people, swimming the way from the coast and back to the isle of Sacrificios located in Veracruz in an effort to satisfy their people thirst for more challenging and gratifying experiences than just swim in the pool. The experience and safety in the Tri-Racings trainings were so good that the word spread through somes of Mexicos swimming teams and few years later, the Tri-Racings trainings in the sea managed to gather more than 300 people from many places of Mexico without any kind of marketing strategy.
