From its inception in 1986, GRD has grown by expanding its sphere of expertise from construction consulting for real estate developers, financial analysis and progress assessment of construction values of work in place for lenders to commercial development projects, providing property management assistance to property owners and to a large extent, performing services contracts to the Federal Government.
