Greek on Wheels was first established in 1996 when it opened its doors at 3 Hawthorne Ave Ottawa, ON where it still serves its customers. The foundation of Greek on Wheels was to present a fast food alternative to the delivery and take out norm. Greek on Wheels quickly established it self as a leader of healthy fast food long before the health conscious craze seen today. For the past 13 years (1999 to 2011) Greek on Wheels has been voted Ottawas best take-out and Ottawas best Greek food restaurant by the Ottawa X-Press Readers Poll. Greek on Wheels has developed a very highly respected and well known reputation in the city of Ottawa.
