Registered with and regulated by Homes England and the Regulator of Social Housing, we provide affordable homes for people to rent or buy. Greenoak is a subsidiary of Stonewater, and manages homes on behalf of Stonewater, one of the largest social housing providers in the UK, owning and managing around 36,000 homes for more than 78,000 customers. Greenoak have an award-winning track record in leading on environmental sustainability, working closely with our partners to increase the supply of affordable housing and creating sustainable communities.
