in late 2014, Sydney hotelier Nick Wills of The Balmain Pub Group purchased The Greenwood Hotel with a vision. After more than 20 years, the once spectacular venue was in need of some love. Having worked at the pub whilst a university some 20 years prior, Nick was determined to recreate The Greenwood Hotel and make it the superb venue he knew it could be. The Greenwood Hotel has since undergone a complete transformation and refresh to bring it up to the discerning standards of the new Sydney Hotel scene. The space has undergone a dramatic overhaul with major renovations and completely new decor throughout.
