We specialize in offering comprehensive Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) treatment, including individual therapy, group therapy, and support groups for individuals for teens, young adults, adults, and family members. We are also the only clinic in Montreal to offer DBT-C, a therapeutic program for children 6-12 and their families. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering in-person and tele-therapy services via video conferencing
