Groom and Cave is a small, highly focused business law firm located in San Jose, California, serving primarily medium to very large, business enterprises and their officers, directors and shareholders. Our clients are located both within and outside of California. Each member of the firm has previously been associated with much larger, full-service business law firms located in Northern California. Each member of the firm has elected to narrow the scope of their practice and expertise in order to provide our clients with quality legal representation in an efficient and personalized fashion.
