Year 1987 - Groovy Communications commenced Operations as a Business Partner of Godrej, who manufactured Dot-matrix Printers. Year 1989 - Tie up with Sterling Computers for marketing SIVA brand of PCs, Groovy was the second best dealer amongst 13 Dealers. Year 1993 - The Indian economy liberalized. HP and Panasonic entered India and tied up with Godrej. Groovy was again one of the first to market their products, mainly peripherals like Laser jets, Ink- Jets and Dot Matrix printers.
