Enriched with the teachings of Jeffrey Howard, Pitmaster of one of the most famous barbecues in Texas (Pecan Lodge), and Alexander Smith, a barbecue expert in New York (Mighty Quinns, Hometown BBQ), we are able to perpetuate and enable Texan BBQ to tingle your taste buds. Everything is fresh and homemade! Today MELT is positioned as a leader in the European smoked meat market. To date, MELT has more than 50 employees within the group.
