The Groupe Saint-Vincent was created by Pierre Laumet in 1980 in successive stages. Indeed the first factory to see the day was the Rice Mill in December 1980, then the Animal Feed Mill (Provenderie = manufacture of animal feed) and finally the Flour Mill (production of baking flours ).
