Grow provides quality services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We presently have four programs: Day Habilitation is a day program for the more medically fragile. Day Hab is designed to meet health, daily living, skilled nursing and therapeutic needs. Day Hab offers activities and therapies based on individualized day habilitation service plan (DHSP) which sets forth measurable goals and objectives to develop and maintain skills. Most important, the people we serve value their friendships. their friendships among Grows diverse community. Community Based Day Supports (CBDS) is a day program that integrates individuals in the community as much as possible through a variety of classroom activities, community outings, and volunteer opportunities. These activities help the people we serve maintain skills for Activities of Daily Living, social skills, and to reach other individual goals.
