Grow Your World (GYW) is a nascent nonprofit organization with a mission of connecting middle schoolers to a supportive community through diverse and multigenerational relationships built during small-group personal and professional enrichment opportunities. The Grow Your World curriculum also incorporates restorative practices, timebanking, and youth development curricula to further its vision of a vibrant and interconnected multigenerational, multicultural community that equitably enriches all of its members socially, emotionally, intellectually and economically
