Growing Gardens uses the experience of growing food in schools, backyards and correctional facilities to cultivate healthy and equitable communities. Growing Gardens is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, started in 1996 in Portland, Oregon. We currently run programming across the state of Oregon and are providing professional training and community organizing on a national level.
