Growing Well is a targeted and specialist mental health intervention and champion recovery through outdoor activity in our Cumbrian market gardens. Were a mental health day service that accepts self-referrals and GP/healthcare referrals from individuals experiencing a level of mental ill health that requires ongoing support. Growing Well offers activity as a powerful alternative (or accompaniment) to talking therapy. People come and participate in our organic market gardening activity on one, regular day per week, with therapeutic support from trained staff.
