The Plaenge Group is an enterprise in the engineering and construction business, with strong participation in the industrial and residential real estate segments for over 40 years. In the residential segment, the Plaenge Group is present in 8 cities, in 4 states in Brazil. It has delivered a lot of residential condominiums, providing high-quality housing for a lot of people. The brands Plaenge and Vanguard Home focus on first-time home owners. In 2009, we decided to start our internationalization process with the constitution of Plaenge in Chile. Based in the city of Temuco, Plaenge develops housing projects in the Araucania, Lagos and Rios regions. In the industrial segment, Emisa Plaenge has a portfolio of projects and industrial assemblies executed in 19 states in Brazil, and also in Venezuela. Coca-Cola, Unilever, Philip Morris, Pepsico, Michelin and Adams are among its main clients
