G.X Gym

G.X Gym offers the most extensive variety of group exercise classes in Jordan for all ages, needs and fitness levels. Group exercise is increasing in popularity due to the fact that it generates the essential energy needed to consistently pursue fitness. We offer a great choice of various workouts taught simultaneously ranging from weight training and aerobic activities to Aerial Yoga, Pilates, Forever Fit classes (for seniors and ladies with minor physical discomfort) and, of course, the specialized childrens fitness programs. Gymnastics is at the core of our childrens program, whereby we follow the American Compulsory Artistic Gymnastics Program for boys and girls with training from level 1 to level 8. Mommy & Me classes, Fit Kids, TeenSPIN, Ballet, Karate and Zumbatomic are among our popular childrens classes.
