Since 1991, H2O has been the leader in lifeguard and recreation management in Eastern Canada. We offer year round and seasonal service for swimming pools, fitness/sports centers, recreation centers, beaches and other leisure facilities. H2Os 300 employees work as lifeguards, personal trainers, fitness & swimming instructors, attendants and certified pool technicians. In addition, H2O offers aquatic and first aid training through the Royal Lifesaving Society of Canada and the Red Cross. Participants can take courses at one of our pools, or we can arrange group or corporate courses at your location.
