Habitat for Humanity Fiji

Habitat for Humanity Fiji is a disaster relief organisation, we also help the poorest communities in Fiji by building and improve homes (shelter,) including water, sanitation and hygiene (WaSH) facilities, and also community development, we are a non-profit Christian organisation and we rely on donations and volunteers to help us achieve our mission. We welcome international volunteers through our Global Village program and engage local volunteers to help us build homes for Fijian families in need. We have assisted over 3140 families through disaster response, over 23 communities with over 971 families through water and sanitation improvements and built 820 new homes for 820 families. We believe every Fijian family should have access to their basic right to adequate housing in the most practical and cost-effective way.
