El Refugio is a training and retreat center which facilitates a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ through nature and outdoor adventure. Were located 35 kilometers north of Quito, Ecuador in the town of Calacali. El Refugio sits on 300 acres of land, stretching up a mountainside. We foster spiritual growth for individuals and groups through team-building activities, our low-ropes course, high-ropes course, climbing tower, zip-line, backpacking, orienteering, our prayer garden, treehouse, and other outdoor spaces intentionally created for quiet-times spent with God.
