hackNY is a community of technologists aspiring to change the world. Our aim is to build a diverse and inclusive tech community to empower the next generation of responsible leaders in NYC. Since 2010, hackNY has empowered a community of student-technologists in New York City through the annual Fellows Program. hackNY is co-organized by hackNY alumNY along with faculty from NYU and Columbia. The hackNY Fellows Program, now entering its fifteenth year, is an intensive program designed to introduce students to NYCs startup ecosystem by pairing the best technical minds with great New York startups and companies. Youll live in shared housing in NYC with a cohort of some of the most talented and creative student technologists from all over the world.
