Hair Care Forum has been in business for over 30 years and continues to uphold a reputation for creating quality hair designs while consistently maintaining the standard of always providing exceptional service to our clients. Carmella Cacia opened the original Hair Care Forum in 1979 which was located in the Acme Shopping Center in Pennsville. She successfully built her business by keeping her staff and herself focused on constant learning, customer service and a passion for the art of hair. These same fundamentals are what still drives Hair Care Forums success today! In 1995 Hair Care Forum moved to 202 North Broadway and currently employs five Stylists. Each of our Stylists are extensively trained in the newest trends, innovative coloring techniques and hottest styles.
