Hand Over Hand is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to fostering a community where people with disabilities will feel safe, accepted and supported through peer networks. We create safe, accessible spaces with and for people with disabilities/Disabled people in York Region and Toronto! Hand Over Hand was started at a local high school in 2005 due to a lack of peer-driven, affordable programs for youth with developmental disabilities in York Region.
