Hansens Farm Fresh Dairy

The Hansens have owned their farm in Hudson, Iowa, for over 150 years. Milk from our 175 Holstein cows has been processed right on the farm since 2004. We make creamline (nonhomogenized) milk with no added hormones. We produce skim, 1%, whole and chocolate milk, cheese curds, butter, heavy cream and ice cream. All Hansen Dairy creamery products are from their own closed herd cows. Four brothers operate the different aspects of the farm: livestock care, crop management, creamery production and product delivery.
