Half-Way Home, Inc. incorporated in 1973 and opened for business in February of 1974. The original programs, 16 bed half-way house was for 16 adult men, referred from primary treatment. The name changed to Harbor Hall in 1984 and became a long-term, residential treatment program for adult males and its capacity increased to 52 beds. Over the past 40 years, Harbor Hall has evolved to provide a comprehensive array of affordable and effective services in the treatment of substance use disorders.
