Our production machines are fully automated, which ensures the product isnt touched by human hands until its delivered. As a member of the International Packaged Ice Association (IPIA) and the Southern Ice Exchange, our water is tested by a certified analytical lab each month and our facilities are inspected by the FDA. Our facilities are located within close proximity of our customers. This helps us meet demand faster than any other ice company in the region. Our Johnson City location services the TN tri-cities, southwest VA & western NC areas, while our Knoxville office services the Knoxville, Maryville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Morristown region.
