Welcome to The Harmon Group. Harmons was formed on the 29th of May 1964, offering a grinding and tooling facility for the Aerospace, Defence and Commercial Markets. On 20th February 2000, Harmon purchased 30,0002 feet purpose-built premises on Haviland Road based on the Ferndown Industrial Estate, Dorset. In April 2000, the Metal Treatments division was set up, mainly to reduce lead times on in-house programs, but also to focus on offering the service to other suppliers and our customers direct. In 2006 an extension to the Treatments facility was completed, new lines had been purchased and were up and running in a short period of time, this included Cadmium plating, dull, bright and low hydrogen, phosphate and chemi blacking being introduced. Harmons invested in new premises focusing on the expansion and growth of the company in 2007, a further purchase of free hold buildings meant the forever increasing floor space totalled to excess of 42,000 sq ft.
