Harvard Business Law Review

The Harvard Business Law Review (HBLR) publishes an annual print volume entitled the Harvard Business Law Review and an online journal entitled Harvard Business Law Review Online. The print volume appears in two issues per academic year and its articles are made available in print, through our website, and via HeinOnline, Lexis, and Westlaw. The online journal reviews shorter submissions and publishes articles on a rolling basis throughout the calendar year. The Harvard Business Law Review and Harvard Business Law Review Online together aim to be the premier sources for articles concerning laws governing business organization and capital markets. We publish articles by scholars, practitioners, and policymakers on corporate law and governance, securities and capital markets law, financial regulation and financial institutions, law and finance, financial distress and bankruptcy, and related subjects.
