Haryana Parivar Pehchan Patra

To ensure the successful implementation of PPN scheme, the Haryana Parivar Pehchan Authority (HPPA) came into existence on 02nd October 2021. HPPA is an Statutory Authority established by Government of Haryana for issuance of Parivar Pehchan Number (PPN) and development, updating & maintenance of Family Information Data Repository (FIDR). HPPA governs various matters concerning the implementation of PPN Scheme. The key objective of the HPPA is to ensure an efficient & effective delivery of Government services & schemes to citizens of the State in a proactive manner using digital technology. HPPA intends to integrate data collected dynamically over a period of time by Government of Haryana Departments/ Boards/ Corporations/ Agencies/etc., about citizens/ individuals/ family / property / services / benefits etc. into a single relational database to utilize and analyze the data for the service delivery (including proactive services) of various citizen centric welfare schemes
