Our law firm was founded in 1978 by William Hayes, who quickly earned a reputation for honesty, integrity and professionalism. A former mathematics teacher, Bill put his classroom skills to work helping clients understand their legal situations. Bills son, Scott Hayes, joined our law firm in 1993 and continues the family tradition of quality legal services in a variety of practice areas including family law, real estate law, estate planning and probate. Bills son, Dan Hayes, rejoined the firm in 2007 to handle civil litigation and personal injury matters after serving as Licking Countys Common Pleas Court Magistrate. Attorney Melinda Seeds, who also joined the firm in 2007, affords our clients the years of family law, juvenile and criminal law experience she obtained as Licking Countys chief juvenile prosecutor.
