Our History In 1972 Allan Swanson founded Allan H. Swanson, Inc. After twenty plus years of success in the surveying and civil engineering business, Allan transferred the company to Paul F. Hayner Jr., P.E. his longtime Principal Engineer. Paul formed Hayner/Swanson, Inc.
