Mission: Our mission is to rebuild the backbone of American business, with veterans. The workforce for hard-tech sectors critical to our national security needs to be rebuilt. We believe veterans are the ideal labor force to form the backbone around which we can rebuild. Further, we believe that our military should be one of the primary and premium sources of talent for employers. So we are building a Talent SmartGridTM to enable our nation to better leverage our human resources. Background: Headlamp serves two sides, veterans and employers, and partners with the veteran transition ecosystem. For veterans, Headlamp is a Veteran Transition Accelerator that helps them execute their transition plans. We enable veterans to explore roles that fit their skills and interests, then work with employers to create opportunities. For employers, our primary product is SkillBridge-as-a-Service (SBaaS), powered by Career Liaison Officers (CLNOs) to provide employers with white-glove access to...
