Leslie Norman and Dan Garvey, co-founders of Headliners Skin & Hair Care, Inc., began serving the surrounding communities in 1979. Headliners started with a staff of three, but through constant dedication and continuing education, we have grown both in space and staff to become one of the largest in Connecticut. Over the years, however, some things have not changed: our decision to strive to deliver the highest level of guest service and to continue to push ourselves to maintain excellence in technical skills and professionalism. Continuing education has always been a priority for the staff of Headliners. Dan not only co-founded Headliners but also was instrumental in developing education for major hair care and color companies through Academy Salon Information Systems, an innovative international educational company he founded.
